1 rib eye/scotch fillet (about 450 g)
Walden Farms Honey BBQ Sauce
1/4 tbsp olive oil
Salt and ground pepper
Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. You may also put 1-2 tablespoon of Walden Farms Honey BBQ Sauce. Rub mixture all over beef.
Place beef on a roasting pan. Roast for 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the thickness of your meat. Brush with Walden Farms Honey BBQ Sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Remove beef from the oven and let rest 15 to 30 minutes. Glaze with Walden Farms Honey BBQ Sauce before serving.
