Easy Low Carb Classic Burger Recipe


227 g ground lean beef 

2 tbsp grated onion

1-2 cloves minced garlic

2 tsp Walden Farm Original BBQ sauce (Optional)

2 tsp  Worcestershire  sauce

1/4 tsp salt

Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Olive oil

1 keto burger bun, sliced in half and toasted, for assembly

1-2 iceberg lettuce leaves

Walden Farms Ketchup

Walden Farms Amazin Mayo

Cheese, sliced

1 firm-ripe tomato, cored and sliced


Mix together the ground lean beef, onion, garlic, Walden Farm Original BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until blended. 

Form into a patty, about the size of your burger bun, making sure to press the center so it stays flat when you sear it.

Brush the patty with some oil and plop onto a hot grill or small frying pan, cooking 7-8 minutes until both sides are cooked. Let rest about 5 minutes.

To assemble, spread Walden Farms Amazin Mayo on bottom buns. Add lettuce, cheese (if desired), tomato, burger, and Walden Farms Ketchup. Set top bun in place.
