You will need:
1 frozen hash brown
1/3 cup milk
black pepper, season to taste
salt, season to taste

- Cook bacon, until crispy, put aside
- Cook hash browns in bacon fat until golden brown, remove from pot and create a mash, set aside
- Whisk eggs and milk and cook over low heat. Stir in the hashbrowns when almost cooked, add diced tomatoes and spring onions and season with salt and pepper.
- On one half of the tortilla place the egg-hash mixture and mix in bacon bits and cheese. Roll the tortilla closed and place it in a medium saucepan to melt the cheese. Slice and serve, and dip in Walden Farm's Blue Cheese Dip for an amazing flavour for your breakfast treat.
