These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Any personal information you provide is confidential and will not be shared with any other organisation. We will only use your contact details for ordering purposes or to notify you of our special promotions. As we use Sagepay for online payments, your credit/debit card details are not shared with, or stored by, Walden Farms UK Ltd.
Walden Farms UK Ltd uses Stripe to process your payments. Stripe is a secure, trusted online payment method and will not pass on your financial details to us or any other organisation. Find out more on their website: stripe.com
As most of our products have been shipped from the US, the Best Before date may, very occasionally, not be as long as we would like. However, we will never knowingly send you a product with a very short shelf-life.
All order cancellations are at the discretion of Walden Farms UK Ltd. Please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order.
In the unlikely event you wish to return a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will give you an RMA number and further instructions. We will not accept returned products without an RMA number. In the event of a refund, we will reimburse the cost of any goods returned in an unopened and undamaged condition. Delivery costs are not refundable unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us with any queries.
In the event of any damage to orders, please submit photographic evidence of all damage and retain the damaged product. Any compensation will only be granted, at the discretion of Walden Farms UK Ltd for the items for which this has been provided.
